By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website Purpose

The website provides general information about Think Big Trailers, food trailers, available features, preliminary pre-qualification, and ways to contact our team. Website content is for informational and preliminary planning purposes and does not replace a written sales, manufacturing, financing, rent-to-own, warranty, or service agreement.

2. Quote and Configuration Requests

Selections made in a trailer configurator or quote form describe your preferences and help our team prepare for a follow-up conversation. Submitting a configuration does not create a binding quote, purchase order, reservation, production slot, financing decision, or contract.

A salesperson may contact you to confirm specifications, availability, pricing, taxes, fees, delivery, timelines, regulatory requirements, and other details. A transaction becomes binding only when the parties sign the applicable written agreement and satisfy any stated payment or approval requirements.

3. Pre-Qualification Requests

A website pre-qualification request uses information you provide for preliminary screening and sales follow-up. Your answers are self-reported and may need to be verified later. Submitting the form is not a formal credit or financing application and does not guarantee approval, eligibility, a rate, deposit amount, payment schedule, trailer price, reservation, production slot, or contract.

Any formal application, identity verification, credit review, proof-of-funds review, adverse-action notice, approval decision, or provider-specific terms will occur separately through the applicable financing or rent-to-own provider. Additional documents should be submitted only through the secure process identified for that formal application, not through the general website contact, quote, or pre-qualification form.

4. Product Information, Pricing, and Availability

Images, dimensions, specifications, equipment descriptions, examples, timelines, and other website content may be illustrative and may change. Actual products may differ because of customer selections, supplier availability, engineering requirements, regulatory requirements, or production changes.

Unless a written quote expressly states otherwise, website information does not include a guaranteed price, tax amount, title or registration charge, delivery charge, permit or inspection cost, financing term, deposit, or completion date. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, reviewing all specifications before signing a contract, and determining whether a trailer and its equipment meet your intended menu, operations, towing capacity, location, licensing, health, fire, building, transportation, and other legal or regulatory requirements. Local approval requirements vary, and website content is not legal, engineering, tax, credit, or regulatory advice.

6. Financing and Rent-to-Own Services

Financing and rent-to-own services may be provided or administered through separate entities or third-party providers. Eligibility, approval, rates, deposits, payment schedules, documentation, and other terms are determined through a separate application and written agreement. Website use, a quote request, or a preliminary pre-qualification does not guarantee approval.

When you ask us to explore financing or rent-to-own options, Think Big Trailers may provide information reasonably necessary to the applicable provider so it can evaluate the option you requested. That provider’s own application, disclosures, privacy notice, and contract will govern its services.

7. Communications and Consent

When you provide contact information and submit a request, you authorize Think Big Trailers and service providers acting on our behalf to send non-marketing telephone, email, or text communications reasonably necessary to respond, schedule follow-up, or communicate about an active request or transaction.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, pre-qualification, financing, or rent-to-own consideration. If you separately consent to marketing email or text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link provided or reply STOP to marketing texts where available. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary non-promotional communications about an active request or transaction.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website; interfere with its security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit false, fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; use automated systems to overload or scrape the website without permission; or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The website’s design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Think Big Trailers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print website content for your personal evaluation of our products and services. No other license is granted without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain embedded content, forms, financing or rent-to-own links, maps, social-media features, or links operated by third parties. Think Big Trailers does not control those third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

11. Website Availability and Disclaimers

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product warranties, if any, are governed only by the applicable written agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Big Trailers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use this website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited and does not replace any remedies stated in a signed customer agreement.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank statements, payment-card information, government identification, credit reports, or other highly sensitive documents through the general contact, quote, or pre-qualification form.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where legally permitted, disputes relating solely to website use will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Bexar County, Texas. A signed customer agreement or provider agreement may contain different dispute terms, and that agreement will control the applicable transaction or service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16.
